Terms of Use
BitsWeave · Last updated August 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of BitsWeave at bitsweave.com, including the web app, APIs, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
BitsWeave stores work context — documents, records, and related project data — and lets you read and write that context from the AI tools you connect. We provide the product as-is and may change features over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secret. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the organizations you create or join.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you put in BitsWeave. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the service. You must have the right to store the content you submit.
Connected AI tools
You may connect agents and hosts (for example Claude, Codex, or Cursor) through MCP or similar integrations. Those tools act with your credentials. You are responsible for what they read or write. The connector gives those tools access to BitsWeave data you authorize. It does not scrape or store chat memory from those products.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law or these terms
- probe, disrupt, or overload the service
- access another organization’s data without permission
- resell the service without our written consent
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided without warranties. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or error-free. You use outputs from connected AI tools at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BitsWeave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that creates risk to the service or other users.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
